We take every measure to ensure your belongings are safe. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security features, including 24/7 video surveillance and secure electronic access.

How do I access my storage unit?

Accessing your storage unit is straightforward. Once you’ve rented a unit, you’ll be provided with a unique access code for the facility's secure entrance. Simply enter the code at the front door to unlock access 24 hours a day. Each unit is individually locked, and you will need your personal padlock key to access your specific unit.

How often can I access my storage unit?

There's no limit to how often you can access your storage unit during your rental period.

What are the access hours?

We provide 24 hour unlimited access.

Do I need to provide my own padlock for my storage unit?

Yes, you need to supply your own.

Do you offer flexible rental terms for storage units?

Yes, we offer flexible rental terms to accommodate both short-term and long-term storage needs. Whether you need storage for a few weeks or several months or even longer, we can tailor a plan to suit your requirements.

Is there a minimum storage period?

Yes, the minimum storage period is one month.

Can I change the size of my storage unit after I’ve rented it?

Yes, subject to availability, you can upgrade or downsize your unit at any time. Contact our team, and we’ll help facilitate the change.

Do you offer commercial storage?

Yes, we offer a range of commercial storage solutions for businesses. Whether you require space for excess inventory, equipment or documents, our secure and convenient units provide the flexibility and security your business requires.

Do you offer storage for vehicles?

We have one unit that will accommodate a vehicle located on the ground floor with its own roller door access. Please enquire if you have vehicle storage requirements.

Is there anything I'm not allowed to store?

For safety reasons, we do not allow the storage of hazardous materials such as explosives, flammable substances, firearms, and perishable items. Illegal items are strictly prohibited.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

While insurance isn’t mandatory, we recommend insuring your stored items. Many home or business insurance policies may extend to cover items kept in storage, so you might wish to check or update your existing policy.

Do you sell insurance separately?

We do not sell insurance separately, so it would be best for you to discuss any insurance needs with your insurance provider.

Can you connect me with a removalist?

Please see our "Removalists" link in the top menu section on our home page for links to local removalist companies that we know would be only too happy to assist you with your packing and transport needs.

What is the process for moving into a storage unit?

Moving in is easy. Simply select your unit, complete the rental agreement, and move your belongings in at a time that suits you. Our facilities are designed for easy loading and unloading.

What are the payment options?

We offer several payment options to make your transaction as convenient as possible. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card or bank transfer. Cash payments can not be accepted.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, we’ll send a reminder and give you a grace period to settle your account. If the payment is not made within the grace period, access to your unit may be restricted, and further actions may be taken according to the terms of your rental agreement.

How much notice do I need to give when vacating my unit?

We require at least 7 days notice before you vacate your unit. Contact us when you're ready to end your rental, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you provide trolleys for use?

Yes. A trolley is available on site for your use but must not be taken off site.

Are there toilet facilities available on site?

Yes, there are separate male and female amenities available on site.

Do you provide kitchen facilities?

We offer a kitchenette facility suitable for making tea or coffee. Feel free to enjoy this complimentary service.
